Shaheen to Win Britain’s Got Talent 2009 3rd Semi Final

After the first and second semi final of Britain’s Got Talent 2009, the third one took place on Tuesday, May 26 2009.

In this 10th episode, Harmony, Shaheen Jafargholi, Stavros Flatly, MD Showgroup, The Barrow Boys, Kay Oresanya, Floral Highnotes were showing their skills.

Harmony sing Girls Just Wanna Have Fun of Cyndi Laupers. This perfomance was like the musical movie, High School Musical
in live.

Shaheen Jafargholi was also brilliant with his vocal. He sings “And I Am Telling You” by Jennifer Hudson in this semi final.

Simon said “I was nervous when you sing such iconic song. But, it worked!”.

Another interesting performance was father-and-song-dancers Stavros Flatly. They gained positive responses from the judges mostly because the show was infectious (like Simon said) and entertaining.

Demitri told son Lagi, “No matter what happens, thanks for asking me to dance with you. I’ve had the time of my life, I swear,” they almost had the crowd overcome with emotion as well!

The Barrows Boys had two buzzes from Simon and Piers.

In the end, the public voted the duo Stavros Flatley (Zorba the Greek dance routine). Meanwhile, the judges chose two best shows, which were Shaheen Jafargholi and MD Showgroup. However, only Shaheen can go to the final of Britain’s Got Talent along with Stavros Flatley.
