US General Election 2008 Information and Obama’s Grandmother Dies
November 4, 2008
Please don’t forget, Tuesday is the big day for US citizen. It is the day that has been waited at least for the past two years. After all that redundant news about presidential campaign, US general election 2008 day is finally coming. The voting day is November 4, 2008, in case you don’t know about it. :P.
For whom asking “where can i vote?“, “where is the voting location?“, “when is the voting hours?“, or even “who are the candidates?” (Lol) you can find the answer in this site or here. Hardly can wait for the US General Election voting result.
By the way, my condolence for Barack Obama’s lost. Next to General Election day, Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, died today (November 3, 2008) around 8 a.m. She was 86.
Sen. John McCain, issued a statement Monday afternoon:
“We offer our deepest condolences to Barack Obama and his family as they grieve the loss of their beloved grandmother. Our thoughts and prayers go out to them as they remember and celebrate the life of someone who had such a profound impact in their lives.” (cited from cnn.com).
Rest In Peace.
Senator John McCain Was on Saturday Night Live (with Sarah Palin)
November 3, 2008
Senator John McCain and his wife, Cindy McCain, were on Saturday Night Live. They opened the show by sketching QVC network merchandiser sellers together with Tina Fey as Sarah Palin. Cindy acted as McCain’s assistant.
After Sarah Palin, John McCain, I actually am expecting Joe Biden (I think Obama would be great too) on this Saturday Night Live. I wonder how it would be? I perceived this guy as quite conservative as John McCain. I also wonder what would be on this show after the US General Election next week. Sketching the winning candidate in satire way? Lol. Who know?
Please watch the full video of this John McCain’s SNL show.
Homer Simpson on Presidential Election ‘08
October 4, 2008
Along with the hype of US presidential campaign ‘08, Homer Simpson also goes to local election booth. Do you know for whom he votes for? Wait until you see the whole Simpson’s US presidential election video. It reminds me the same funny video when someone was about to vote for John Kerry in 2004.
